Welcome,
My name is Clare Mantelman and this is my associate, Kim DeSimone. We have had the honor of organizing together since 2004. We
pride ourselves on our hands on approach to organizing and have developed many techniques over the years to help you not only
understand why you hold on to items but also how to let those items go. Our goal is to leave your home with you feeling as if a big weight
has been lifted off your shoulders. Through working with you, we give you the tools to stop clutter from building up again.
Over the years we have learned that organizing is 40% clearing out and 60% mentally figuring out why, and how, you collect clutter to
begin with. In theory, it's easy to just grab a big bag and throw everything away, but in reality each item holds an attachment thus making
it hard for you to decide what to do with it. Nothing is more gratifying than seeing the 'light bulb' going off in your head, it is truly the most
rewarding part of our job. The best thing is that we always have fun doing it and the clients feel so good at the end of a job.
Among my professional credentials I hold a B.S. in Business Management and am currently teaching organizing classes at McHenry
County College and Elgin Community College.
